Alessandra

Before moving to Tenerife, I had been working as an educator for several years in a dog centre where we provided training, daycare, and rehabilitation for dogs with behavioural problems that were considered unrecoverable and for dogs from kennels with serious aggression behind them.

In addition, at the centre we carried out sporting activities such as agility, rally obedience, retrieving and attended internships including mantrailing and in-house courses.

We were regularly invited to schools and summer centres where we taught children the correct approach to dogs and provided pet therapy in senior centres and nursing homes.

Our story and my love for nature and animals started in childhood.

Max was my first teacher with whom I started to take my first steps into this fantastic world and ask myself my first questions.

It was only later, with our second German shepherd Blade, that I started attending a dog training school that my adventure in discovering dogs began.

Learning their language, being able to observe them in the wild and in groups as they come into contact with their human owners, has opened the doors to a world of energy, harmony, empathy and strength that teaches me something new every day.

From there to the desire to teach, share and help others connect with their dogs, the step was short.

our story

WHAT IS MY GOAL WHEN WORKING WITH DOGS AND THEIR OWNERS?

To connect them. To create a bridge, to allow the human world and the canine world to meet, to merge, to understand each other, to communicate.

Problems and conflicts always arise from not understanding each other thoroughly, so through education we can achieve that bond of understanding, complicity and mutual respect that every owner dreams of.

WHAT IS MY GOAL WHEN WORKING WITH DOGS?

To try to understand what their true aptitudes and potential are, and when there are behavioural problems to work precisely on these gifts and abilities by bringing out their true potential.

Take them to have as many experiences as possible, and of various kinds, together with their peers, because dogs help dogs.

Pierluigi

I am a historian and author who loves dogs, having always had dogs. I cannot remember a day in my life without four-legged friends, especially German shepherds, who accompanied me even when I was running.

My first experience of dog training dates back to my childhood when I taught my dog Lord the rudiments of education based on the manuals available at the time.

A lot of time has passed since then, which I have spent delving into a lifetime of scientific research and at the same time practising sport, including the dynamics of wellness and emotional communication, according to the latest discoveries in neuroscience, epigenetics and quantum physics.

MY INVESTIGATIONS INTO EMOTIONAL COMMUNICATION HELPING TO CONNECT DOGS & HUMANS.

The multidisciplinary and multi-level investigation into emotional communication has revealed surprising horizons, when it was realised that these principles can be successfully applied to the canine world because all living beings communicate primarily through emotions, and it is one step before these that lies the secret of animal language and the human-dog connection.

Verbal communication is only 7% of the exchange of information between individuals: as with humans, success in the human-dog connection must be sought in the deepest part.

Alessandra has pursued the same research with different but complementary methods, and it is wonderful to achieve the same goals, which can be summed up in one sentence: Connecting dogs & humans.
